Cancellation/Late policy

 

All clients must give us 24 hours in advance for any cancellation to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled service.

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. We ask you to email us proof of emergency, such as a doctor’s note. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting treatment. To the contrary, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged fifty percent (50%) of your scheduled services. Additionally, there are no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. If you are going to be late, please give us a call in advance to avoid the same charges. We thank you for your understanding.
